- 1 (one) instance of Content Theft, by which a photograph from Shilpa's blog was lifted and used by Yahoo India on a Kannada Page. (Screenshot, more details)
- 1 (one) instance of Content Theft, by which a photograph from Saffron Hut was stolen by Yahoo India. Yahoo India cropped the picture and used it in a Hindi Page. (Screenshot)
- 1 (one) instance of Content Theft, by which a photograph from Sailu's Food was stolen by Yahoo India. Yahoo India cropped this picture, and used it in a Gujarati Page elsewhere. (Screenshot )
That is a total of 12 incidents of Copyright Violations/Content Theft committed by Yahoo India. Sure, from the looks of it, and from what we know about the "esteemed" Content Provider so far, that's just the tip of the iceberg. As Indic bloggers continue to inspect the content in multiple Indian Languages your contractor has provided you with, it is highly likely that this count will be sky high.
So Yahoo India, you don't have to wait for the bloggers to dig up the final figures to act. Even if a Content Provider provides you(the content that is in violation of all known Intellectual Property laws) for free, a responsible enterprise like yourself should not be accepting those. Given that's the case, how tolerant Yahoo India needs to be to a Contractor whom you're paying?
If Yahoo India still does not see the need to send the provider back home, the Contractor might have already succeeded in securing their Contract with the Yahoo India's Policy Makers. The public community can only wonder what personal favors might they (Yahoo's/Yahoo India's Policy Makers) have received, so that the contractor is retained despite of foul play and rock solid proof of their negligence.

അജ്ഞാ‍തമായ മഹാ രഹസ്യങ്ങള്‍ പോലെ, കൂടുതല്‍ ഭാരതീയ ഭാഷാ ബ്ലോഗന്മാരും ബ്ലോഗിണികളും ടി ദാതാക്കള്‍ നല്‍കിയ താളുകളിലൂടെ കയറിയിറങ്ങി പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതിനിടയില്‍ ഈ ലിസ്റ്റിനിയും വളരാനാണു് സാദ്ധ്യതകളെല്ലാം.
ഇതു വരെയുള്ളവയില്‍, എണ്ണിക്കിഴിച്ചു നോക്കിയതില്‍ വെളിപ്പെട്ടതു പ്രകാരം, ഇതുവരെ ൧൨ (പന്ത്രണ്ട്) -ഓളം അതിക്രമങ്ങള്‍ ഭവാന്റെ പ്രൊവൈഡര്‍ വാല്യക്കാരന്മാര്‍ കാട്ടികൂട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

യാഹൂ കവര്‍ന്നതു മലയാളത്തില്‍ നിന്നു മാത്രമല്ല. മറ്റു ഭാഷകളിലെ ബ്ലോഗുകളില്‍ നിന്നും അവര്‍ ചൂണ്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
കവര്‍ന്നെടുത്തവ അവരുപയോഗിച്ചതു് യാഹൂ മലയാളത്തിനു മാത്രമല്ല -- യാഹൂ ഗുജറാത്തി, യാഹൂ കന്നഡ തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രാദേശിക ഭാഷാ പേജുകളിലും അവര്‍ ചൂണ്ടിയെടുത്ത സാമഗ്രികള്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
ഇതെല്ലാം വെളിച്ചത്തു വരാന്‍ കാരണം നാമുണ്ടാക്കിയ ബഹളവും...!

ബ്ലോഗര്‍മാരുടെ "പ്രേതം" യാഹൂവിനെ വിടുന്ന മട്ടില്ല. യാഹൂ വെബ്‌ദുനിയാവിനെ ഉടന്‍ ഡൈവോര്‍സ്‌ ചെയ്യൂ.. അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ ഈ ശല്യം തുടരും.. മലയാളി ബ്ലോഗര്‍ "പ്രേത"ത്തെകൂടാതെ ഇനിയിപ്പോ കന്നഡ, ഹിന്ദി, ഗുജറാതി "പ്രേത"ങളും കൂടുന്നതിനു മുന്‍പേ വെബ്‌ദുനിയാവിനെ പടിക്ക്‌ പുറത്താക്കി ശുദ്ധികലശം നടത്തൂ.
